Loh Tiak Koon, CEO

Loh brings with him over 20 years of global market experience in leading IT companies. Before joining hiSoft, Loh was Hewlett-Packards Corporate Vice-President responsible for Hewlett-Packards China and Hong Kong multi-million dollar services business which includes technical services, integration, outsourcing and consulting.

As a highly competent leader, Loh has demonstrated his ability to leverage companies and steer them into new growth mode, resulting in significantly improved shareholder value. During his leadership as Chief Executive Officer of Vanda Systems & Communications Holdings Limited, Vanda Systems merged with Hutchison Global Communications and PowerCom to become a technology powerhouse. Prior to Vanda, Loh also held positions as the Managing Director for the Internet Capital Groups Asia operations and the CEO of Cap Gemini Asia-Pacific.

He started his career at IBM, and subsequently Lotus Professional Services, serving various senior management and sales positions in the Asia Pacific region.

Mr. Loh has a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from National University of Singapore.

Sidney Chan, Chief Financial Officer

Sidney has been an IT industry veteran for over 25 years, he has a progressive career with Digital Equipment (DEC), Compaq, Unisys and Nortel Networks. Sidney has extensive working and operating experience in China and has been living in Beijing since 1998.

Prior to joining hiSoft, Sidney served as the Vice President & CFO of Nortel's Greater China Region, as well as the Chief Representative for Nortel’s Beijing Rep Office. In addition to finance, he has significant business and operational experience serving as the Director of Information Services / Outsourcing for Unisys China as well as Director of Network and Systems Integration for Compaq China. Sidney brings with him considerable and relevant expertise together with his strong communication and leadership skills.

Sidney holds a BBA from Hong Kong Baptist College and a MBA from University of Texas at Arlington. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Heng-Choon Lim, Senior Vice President and Group COO

Heng-Choon Lim (HC) joined hiSoft in 2004 as the head in Strategic Planning Department. Over the course of past years, HC has been closely involved in key corporate functions and activities, including business acquisition and merger, as well as the corporate integration.

HC started his career with the Boston Consulting Group in 1996, where he has built up extensive experience in international business in areas of strategy development and change management. After his 7-year tenure with BCG, HC dedicated his distinctive industry expertise to the Financial Advisory Services of Malaysia’s Southern Bank Berhad and became the strategic leader in business expansion.

HC has a MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, USA.

Jiu-Chang Wang, Senior Vice President，Government Affairs

Mr. Wang graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Shipping Engineering from Dalian Maritime University.He became Deputy Vice Chancellor of the university, and completed a Master's Degree in International Economic Law. After his 21-year tenure at the university, he moved on to become Deputy Bureau Chief at Dalian Ship Inspection Bureau before joining hiSoft in 2001.

As Senior Vice President, Mr. Wang spearheads strategic alliances at hiSoft and takes part in the day-to-day operations of Human Resources and Technology Services.

Yong-Ji Sun, Senior Vice President, Product Engineering Services

Mr. Yong-ji Sun is an IT veteran with more than 10 years of international experience. He has that unique blend of success at large corporations and a proven track record as an entrepreneur. His experience at Fortune 500 companies included various senior management positions across many countries. For example, Mr. Sun worked for ASCII in Japan, NEC in Singapore, and Sun Microsystems and Lotus in the US. Mr. Sun has also had much success as an entrepreneur. He co-founded Lotus China in 1993 and was the head of the R&D center of Lotus China from 1994 to 1998. He was also the founder of Newland Network Co. and served as CEO from 2000 to 2003.

Mr. Sun also served as CEO and founder of Ensemble International from 2003 to 2006, until its recent merger with hiSoft Technology International, where Mr. Sun now serves as Senior Vice President and head of Product Engineering Services.

Mr. Sun received his Master's degree in Computer Science from Nanjing Aerospace & Aeronautic University and an MBA from Babson College in Massachusetts, USA.

Jin-Song Li, Senior Vice President, Enterprise Application Services

After a 5-year stay with Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Jin Song joined hiSoft in 1997 to manage Japanese operations. In 1998, Jin Song set up the JBCC joint venture JBDK in Japan and in 2002, he setup hiSoft's Tokyo subsidiary, Haihui Sci-Tech Japan Co., Ltd.

Jin Song is a computer science graduate of the Dalian Maritime University.

George Wu, Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer

Prior to hiSoft, George Wu was a member of the Board of Directors and Chief Marketing Officer of Envisage Solutions, a leading provider of IT services and had responsibility for strategic positioning of the company as well as marketing and corporate development. He co-founded Next Level Management, a professional angel investment group where he sat on the Boards of innovative technology companies and led over 20 transactions. George also founded a mobile CRM company focused on interactive customer service that successfully launched into the Japan market. George has held management roles at Clorox and Hewlett-Packard.

George graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles and has an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

Jin Wang, Vice President, Human Resource Management

Jin Wang is a seasoned HR professional with comprehensive human resources management experience in high tech companies of hardware, software, chip making & telecommunication. Her expertise was developed while serving in lead roles from the front line to the senior management, earlier obtaining the HR Manager position for Microsoft China which is the fastest growing subsidiary both in headcount and revenue. She was a key driver of Microsoft’s expansion into China. Jin subsequently took the position of HR Director for Intel China, where her responsibilities covered Mainland China as well as Hong Kong. Jin had also worked for China HP holding various positions for more than 8 years.

Gene Tsai, Vice President, Managing Director of USA

Prior to joining hiSoft, Gene co-founded Envisage Solutions in 2000 and was the chief executive officer of the company. Gene led Envisage to dramatic growth by delivering great results to an impressive set of Fortune 1000 clients. Prior to Envisage, Gene was the managing director of TEQ International's European CRM operations and was also with Accenture in their Products and Financial Services practices. Gene graduated from the University of California at Irvine with degrees in Economics and Business Management.

Yasuhiko Kobayakawa, Managing Director of Japan

Yasuhiko is an IT expert with over 15 years of international companies. He has an opulent IT & business process consulting expertise and experience across the variety of industries with financial industry in particular.

Previously, he served as the Japan Unisys's lead partner for the business consulting division, where his responsibilities covered the consulting services across the industries. Prior to joining Japan Unisys, He worked in the finance services for Accenture for 13 years. His client approach is not only providing the solution to the clients' problems but also proactively helping the clients move forward with his expertise in the financial services consulting, and technology. He also worked for a Japanese conglomerate company after his graduation from university. He is a graduate of Kyoto University majoring in civil engineering.

Ivan Ng, Chief Information Officer/Chief Technology Officer

Ivan Ng is a seasoned business executive with extensive business development, consulting and IT management experience. He has a track record in establishing new markets, creating services capabilities and managing regional operations and sales.

Prior to joining hiSoft, Ivan was most recently in Dell as their Director of Microsoft Solutions for the Asia Pacific and Japan region, responsible for the regional strategy and growth of Dell's solutions business. He began his career within Lotus, part of IBM Software Group, where he held various roles in consulting and management before leaving to start an Internet Services company. Subsequently Ivan joined Avanade, an Accenture subsidiary, where he served as Director for Infrastructure Services for Asia.

Ivan has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore.
