Our Philosophy on Quality:

hiSoft is fully committed to service quality and improves its quality management process continuously and proactively. We believe in the importance of standardized and mature processes to allow for scalability while maintaining and improving quality. To achieve this, hiSoft has blended CMM5 and ISO 9001 together into the hiSoft Quality Management System (QMS).

Integrated Approach:

We use ISO as the fundamental quality framework at hiSoft. Within this framework, we seamlessly implement process improvement methodologies to increase customer satisfaction and CMM5 to standardize, manage, and optimize our processes.

As a CMM Level 5 company, hiSoft proactively and continuously improves its processes. On a monthly basis, the SEPG (Software Engineering Process Group) analyzes all performance metrics of ongoing projects and assess any that are requiring improvement.

With hiSoft's mature quality management processes and methodologies, we ensure the highest quality of service to our clients.
