Chairman
Cheng-Yaw Sun
Cheng-Yaw Sun was appointed the Chairman of the Board for hiSoft Technology International in March 2008. Cheng-Yaw was the Managing Director and Vice President of Hewlett-Packard China/Hong Kong from 2002 to 2007. Prior to the merger of Hewlett-Packard and Compaq, from 2000 to 2001, Sun served as Managing Director of Hewlett-Packard China and from 1991 to 1999, Sun held the position of General Manager for the Computer Systems Group for Hewlett-Packard China. Sun joined Hewlett-Packard Taiwan in 1982 as a System Engineer where he held various sales management positions from 1983 to 1990.
Mr. Sun has a bachelor's degree in computer science from Chung Yuan Christian University of Taiwan.
Jenny Lee
Jenny Lee is a Managing Partner at Granite Global Ventures (GGV) and is responsible for GGV's China investments and operations. From 2002 to 2005, she served as a Vice President of JAFCO Asia. From 2001 to 2002, Lee worked as an investment banker with Morgan Stanley and prior to that, she was Assistant Principal Engineer with Singapore Technologies Aerospace Group.
Ms. Lee received her bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and master of science in engineering degree from Cornell University. She also has a master of business administration from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Loh Tiak Koon
Loh is the CEO of hiSoft Technology International and brings with him over 20 years of global market experience from leading IT enterprise corporations. Prior to joining hiSoft, Loh was Hewlett-Packard's Corporate Vice President, responsible for the services business unit in China and Hong Kong.
As a highly competent leader, Mr. Loh has demonstrated his ability to leverage a company's core assets and utilize them for significant growth, driving improved shareholder value. While CEO of Vanda Systems & Communications Holdings Limited, Loh was instrumental in driving the merger with Vanda Systems, Hutchison Global Communications and PowerCom to create a global powerhouse. Prior to Vanda, Mr. Loh was the Managing Director for the Internet Capital Group's Asia operations and the CEO of Cap Gemini Asia-Pacific.
Loh started his career at IBM, and subsequently Lotus Professional Services, serving various senior management and sales positions in the Asia Pacific region.
Mr. Loh has a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from National University of Singapore.
Wen Yong Le
Wen Yong Le joined JAFCO Asia in 2001 and is the Resident Representative of JAFCO China, responsible for all investment activities in the PRC, with special focus on privately held technology companies established by nationals. Prior to joining JAFCO in 1998, Mr. Le worked at the accounting department of Shanghai VW Motor Corporation in China.
Mr. Le earned a bachelor's degree in industrial management from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a master of arts in business and commerce from the Tokyo International University.
Terry McCarthy
Terry McCarthy is an independent director and the audit committee chairman of Solarfun Power Holdings - a NASDAQ company, an independent director of Agria Corporation - a NYSE company, as well as a managing LLC member and investor of TriUnited Investors, LLC, Kansas.
He received a bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University, an MBA from the University of Southern California, and a master's degree in taxation from Golden Gate University.
