Provides end user desktop support service according to mutually agreed service level in customer’s office. Managed client equipment implementation, install, Move, Add and Change (IMAC). Provides VIP service with tailored service scope and service level objective. Follows ITIL Incident Management process to restore disrupted IT service and reduce the impact to business according to service level agreement. hiSoft will also provide service report and proactively reduce the volume of incidents through a well designed knowledge management and problem management process. Customer satisfaction improvement program is also part of the solution to help IT prove value to business users.

Data Center Services

Supports customers' IT infrastructure, regardless of technology type or branding of vendor (from hardware to infrastructure application) through the provision of 24/7 monitoring of the servers, network, and database. ITIL Operation Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Capacity Management process will be applied in daily work. hiSoft also provides hands and eyes services in customer’s DC. Service is measured according to mutually agreed upon service level agreement. Service reports with advice will be provided to clients based on the data analysis in daily work and consequently helping them proactively mitigate the risk and reduce waste.

Security & Compliance

Service is mainly focused on 3 areas:

  • IT Security Consulting: Helps manage risks, probability, and potential impacts by conducting Risk Assessment (RA); Security Audit Simulation (SAS) and providing consultative advice to Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
  • IT Recovery: Provides alternate Data Center facilities including Ship to Site Servers; Shared or Dedicated Servers
  • Workplace Recovery: Provides alternate Office facilities including normal office environments and trading rooms
