Beijing, China – June 17, 2010 – hiSoft Technology International, a leading China-based IT outsourcing services provider, announced today that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding and a Consulting Services Agreement with Wind River, a world leader in embedded and mobile software, to pursue joint design and development activities on various open mobile platforms including Android and MeeGo for the mobile and automotive markets in Greater China and additional countries in Asia.
With the rapid development and adoption of smartphones, tablets, in-vehicle infotainment systems, and other types of connected devices, the demand for open mobile technology-based solutions and services is exploding in Greater China and around the world.
