New US Business Unit Head Announced by hiSoft … Mr. Su Jun

December 1st, 2009, Beijing, China – As part of their ongoing global expansion strategy, China’s leading information technology outsourcing partner hiSoft Technology International, today officially announced Mr. Su Jun as the new Head of the US Business Unit.

Su Jun has served in wide range of roles in the technology field over the years, from research & development engineering to application development outsourcing; from hardware to software R&D; from P&L management to sales leadership of Asia Pacific & Japan regions. Executive Chairman of hiSoft, Mr. Sun Cheng-Yaw said: “Over 50% of our clients are from the US market. It is critical for our business success to continue developing strategic US clients and other emerging accounts. Su Jun brings with him more than 15 years of IT industry experience, which will certainly help a great deal to ensure the rapid and long term sustainable growth of our US Business Unit.”

Prior to joining hiSoft, Jun spent more than 13 years in Hewlett Packard. His latest role was the Senior Director of Sales, responsible for HP software service sales management in Asia Pacific & Japan. He built up the sales team from 8 to over100 members and grew revenue size to $160m. Before that, Jun served as the BU Director in the Global Delivery China Center for 4+ years. He built up multiple offshore delivery centers from ground up to 600+ members, with the clients across the US and Europe. Jun lived and worked in the US for 10 years before starting up HP Global Delivery China Center in Shanghai, China.

Jun holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young University in Utah, US and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from the University of Science and Technology of China.
