Tiak Koon Loh, Chief Executive Officer

With more than 20 years of experience leading high-growth IT companies, Mr. Loh brings extensive sophisticated service offering expertise to hiSoft's rapidly expanding technology outsourcing capabilities.

Before joining hiSoft, Mr. Loh was Corporate Vice President for Hewlett-Packard, responsible for expanding the China and Hong Kong integration, outsourcing, consulting, and technical service businesses. Among his significant previous positions, Mr. Loh served as the Managing Director for the Internet Capital Group and CEO for Vanda and Cap Gemini Asia-Pacific, as well as holding positions at IBM and Lotus Professional Services. Mr. Loh graduated from the National University of Singapore with a degree in Electrical Engineering.

Jin-Song Li, Executive Vice President

Mr. Li joined hiSoft in 1997 to manage our Japanese operations, bringing more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry with him. In 1998, Mr. Li set up JBDK, a joint venture between hiSoft and JBCC in Japan and, in 2002, he established hiSoft's Tokyo subsidiary, Haihui Sci-Tech Japan Co., Ltd.

Previous to this, Mr. Li spent five years with Kawasaki Heavy Industries. He holds a computer science degree from Dalian Maritime University in China.

Christine Lu-Wong, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President

Ms. Lu-Wong has 16 years of finance and management experience with multinational corporations, public accounting firms, and US-listed Chinese enterprises. She held various positions in major global companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Sun Microsystems, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, as well as founding her own consulting firm to serve companies in the Bay Area.

Prior to joining hiSoft, Ms. Lu-Wong served as Vice President of Finance in Wuxi PharmaTech, a NYSE-listed company in the research outsourcing industry, responsible for the company’s financial management and external reporting. Ms. Lu-Wong received her M.B.A. in Accounting from Golden Gate University, California, and is a California-licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Jun Su, Executive Vice President, President of US Business Unit

For over 15 years, Mr. Su has served in a wide range of roles in the technology field, from hardware and software research and development to application outsourcing, profit and loss management, and Asia-Pacific regional sales leadership.

Prior to joining hiSoft, Mr. Su spent more than 13 years at Hewlett Packard. His roles included Senior Director of Sales with responsibility for HP software service sales in the Asia-Pacific and Japanese regions between 2007 and 2009, during which time he grew revenue from USD 68 million to 160 million. Mr. Su lived and worked in the US for 10 years before starting up the HP global delivery center in Shanghai, China. He gained in-depth knowledge in hardware and software research and development from his US experience.

T.J. Eberle, Senior Vice President, President of US ITS

Mr. Eberle has over 20 years of leadership experience in the information technology field. He has worked in various facets of the private sector, from Big 5 Management Consulting firms to multiple start-up consulting firms. Throughout this experience, Mr. Eberle has developed significant executive management skills in a variety of areas of expertise, including general operations, professional services, delivery excellence, sales and marketing, and functional and technical project management.

Prior to joining hiSoft, Mr. Eberle served as President & CEO of NouvEON, an award-winning US-based business and technology consulting firm he established in February of 2003. NouvEON won numerous awards for achievements in business, including the Top Ten Growth Award by the Private Company Index (PCI) for six straight quarters, Inc Magazine’s Inc 5000 list four years running, and Consulting Magazine’s “Best Firms to Work For” and “Seven Small Jewels” awards. Mr. Eberle holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Wake Forest University.

Yasuhiko Kobayakawa, Senior Vice President, Managing Director of Japan

Mr. Kobayakawa is an IT expert with more than 15 years of management experience in the information technology and financial consulting industries. He has extensive IT and business process consulting expertise that spans a variety of fields.

Mr. Kobayakawa previously served as Japan Unisys' lead partner for the business consulting division, where his responsibilities covered consulting services across all industries. Prior to joining Unisys Japan, Mr. Kobayakawa spent 13 years working with Accenture in their financial services division. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Kyoto University.

Chu Tzer Liu, Senior Vice President, Managing Director of Singapore

Mr. Liu has 25 years of experience in the information technology industry, spanning field engineering, professional services, business process re-engineering, and sales.

Prior to joining hiSoft, Mr. Liu founded AllianceSPEC Pte Ltd in 2000 as a specialized IT professional services organization in Singapore, focusing on the application software testing business. The company quickly established itself as a respected independent application testing and software quality assurance services provider with a customer base of blue chip companies, especially in the banking and financial services industry. Previously, Mr. Liu spent a number of years at IBM Singapore, holding management positions across several different operationally-critical business functions.

David Liu, Senior Vice President, Corporate Marketing and Head of China Business Unit

Mr. Liu joined hiSoft in 2000 and developed its process improvement strategy. As a result, hiSoft became the first Chinese company passing the CMM Level-5 assessment. He also led hiSoft to become GE's first certified Global Development Center in China. In 2003, he established hiSoft's US and European Business Group. Mr. Liu is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Faye Tan, Senior Vice President, Strategic Clients

Ms. Tan has more than 15 years of experience in the information technology industry, including a number of roles managing both sales and delivery teams.

Before joining hiSoft in 2007, Ms. Tan spent seven years with IBM, responsible for the financial services practices for the region and managing local delivery teams in Thailand, Singapore, Greater China, and Malaysia. She possesses extensive experience in application and systems integration project management. Ms. Tan began her career designing and implementing network solutions for large organizations and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto, Canada.

Jin Wang, Senior Vice President

Ms. Wang is a seasoned HR professional with more than 10 years of management experience in the high-tech industry, serving in hardware, software, chip making, and telecommunications companies.

Ms. Wang was a key driver of Microsoft's expansion into China, serving in lead roles including HR Manager for Microsoft China, which became the fastest growing subsidiary both in headcount and revenue during her tenure. As well as holding the position of HR Director for Intel China, where her responsibilities covered Mainland China as well as Hong Kong, Ms. Wang also spent over eight years at Hewlett-Packard China.

Jiu-Chang Wang, Senior Vice President

As Senior Vice President, Mr. Wang spearheads strategic alliances at hiSoft and serves as General Manager of HiSoft Technology (Dalian) Ltd, responsible for both local government relations and day-to-day operations.

Mr. Wang graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Shipping Engineering from Dalian Maritime University. He became Deputy Vice Chancellor of the university, and completed a Master's Degree in International Economic Law. After his 21-year tenure at the university, he moved on to become Deputy Bureau Chief at the Dalian Ship Inspection Bureau before joining hiSoft in 2001.

Tracy Zhou, Senior Vice President, Business Operations and Business Talent Development

Ms. Zhou has over 13 years’ of operations and management experience in the IT industry.

Prior to joining hiSoft, Ms. Zhou worked at Hewlett-Packard China for 10 years, holding a range of positions that covered the areas of operational processes, business analysis, internal control, consulting, outsourcing, and solutions. Ms. Zhou holds a Master’s degree in enterprise management from Tsinghua University, China, and a Bachelor’s degree from Beijing Polytechnic University.

Ming-Gang Feng, Senior Vice President, Head of FSI Business Unit

Dr. Feng has been General Manager of hiSoft’s Financial Services Industry Business Unit in mainland China since 2011.

Previously, Dr. Feng worked for Bull (a French IT company) for 10 years as a Banking Solution Director before joining Vanda Group as Vice President in 2002. Before that he worked at Beida JirdBird as Vice President in charge of FSI business in 2008. Overall, Dr. Feng has over 15 years of experience providing innovative solutions to the Chinese banking industry. He holds his doctorate degree from Saint-Quentin-En-Yveline University in France.

Jie Li, Senior Vice President, SAP Business Unit

Mr Li boasts rich knowledge of enterprise application system building and project management as a result of his 19 years of experience with enterprise application software and 11 years serving in SAP-related businesses.

Prior to joining hisoft, he first worked at SAP AG, after which left to become the founder of Besure in 2004, a company focusing on SAP-related business. Under Mr. Li's leadership, Besure gained a worldwide reputation for its professionalism and excellence of service, and is now a leading SAP consulting firm in China.

Johnson Sun, Senior Vice President, Head of XI Business Unit

As the Vice President of hiSoft Technology International, Mr. Sun leads the Application Services Business Unit. Johnson has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of information technology and telecommunications.

Prior to joining hiSoft, Mr. Sun was appointed as the CEO of Horizon Information & Technology Co. and led the company on to become one of the best-known software testing service providers in China. Following its acquisition by hiSoft in 2010, Mr. Sun and his team added their unique suite of software testing and software quality assurance services to the diverse range of hiSoft capabilities, resulting in the largest and most innovative software outsourcing organization in China’s telecommunication industry.

Ke Xu, Vice President, Chief Information Officer

Mr. Xu has been working in the IT outsourcing and professional services industry in China for over 12 years. He brings with him a wealth of experience in IT strategy and service management.

Before joining hiSoft, Mr. Xu managed the IT Outsourcing Service Delivery for Hewlett-Packard China, leading the team to provide high quality IT operation services for over 70 enterprise customers and achieving consistent double-digit growth. During his 11-year tenure with HP, Mr. Xu held various management positions, from IT User Support Center Manager to IT Senior Manager, and also founded HP China’s first multi-lingual regional IT Service Desk Center in 2003. Mr. Xu is a certified ITIL instructor at HP’s IT Service Management School and holds both an MBA from Beijing CIBT School of Business and an Applied Physics bachelor’s degree from Beijing Polytechnic University.

Yong-Ji Sun, Board Advisor on Technology

Yong-Ji Sun is an IT veteran with more than 15 years of international experience.

He has held various senior management positions within Fortune 500 companies, including ASCII in Japan, NEC in Singapore, Sun Microsystems and Lotus in the US. Mr. Sun's entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding Lotus China in 1993 and leading the Lotus China R&D center from 1994 to 1998. Following this he founded Newland Network Co. and served as its Chief Executive Officer from 2000 to 2003. In 2003 Mr. Sun founded Ensemble International and served as its CEO from 2003 to 2006, until its merger with hiSoft Technology International. Mr. Sun received his Master's degree in Computer Science from Nanjing Aerospace & Aeronautic University, and holds an MBA from Babson College in Massachusetts.
